What you’ll do: Facilitate editorial and creative decisions for key firmwide channels, proactively gather stories from across the business and liaise with stakeholders to develop articles. Work closely with CEO Communications and Firmwide Engagement roles to ensure alignment across flagship firmwide communication channels. Support internal communications including leadership notes, webcasts, partner sessions, videos and town halls. Support management of key communications channels owned by Corporate Affair, including firmwide Viva Engage and SharePoint intranet sites. Support measurement and analysis of internal communications and engagement activity, with a focus on continuous improvement. Manage essential administrative functions for the Corporate Affairs team including planning and coordination of major internal events and maintaining the team calendar to ensure all activities are accurately tracked. Engaging and advising stakeholders across the firm. Connecting your work with PwC Australia’s strategy and our purpose and always reflecting our cultural ambitions. Supporting the creation and execution of strategic internal communications campaigns that engage our people and partners through authentic storytelling that inspires action. Exercising strong judgment and decision-making in managing sensitive issues. Measuring and analysing the impact of your output to ensure initiatives are fit-for-purpose and serve our people and complex stakeholder groups. Being a champion for the Corporate Affairs team and working collaboratively to drive cross-function initiatives. What we’re looking for: Core skills Experience in corporate affairs, communications, change, news, PR or marketing. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field. Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach. Ability to develop relationships quickly and partner effectively with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking, with the ability to lead work and deliver quality outcomes. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Desirable skills Agile and willing to lean into new challenges. Adaptable and keen to support colleagues — willing to jump in where needed and share knowledge. A collaborative mindset that appreciates constructive challenge and approaches work with curiosity.
